GIVE RESPECT AND TAKE RESPECT.

1. Some are born in a decent family,listens to the elders especially to parents and grand parents and they know how to behave in the public.
2. Some are brought up to act as different as possible not knowing how to give respect and get the respect.
3. It all goes how one's breeding was.
4. Some members of the party misbehave and do not know how to respect the Governor who represents  the highest position in the country,THE PRESIDENT.
5. Some do so in the assembly so also some in the parliament.
6. They interrupt the proceedings wasting the time and money of the public.
7. They indulge in  saying something not expected from a decent member especially in the VOICE OF INDIA. THE parliament.
8. They also go there to ask something not at all their cup of tea and not represent really for the people in their region from where they were elected.
9. Some want to show their eloquence  to circumvent the proceedings and misguide the members.
10. Some are so indecent .They go and crowd near the speaker and disturb the smooth working of the parliament.
11. Many a time the speaker loses his balance and adjourns the proceedings.A SHEER TIME AND ENERGY WASTE.
12. There must be a way for this kind of indecent behavior.
13. People elect these members for the assembly and parliament to represent them to solve their  problems faced by them.
14. Some sleep and yawn and snore on their seat.
15. Some chit chat .Some go on munching and eating.
16. This creates a scene which the public are watching and setting an example for the future of the governing of the people of the country.
17. Hard earned democracy is getting defeated.
